Pixel Team Red built the game:
This service is provided by Pixel Team Red at no cost beyond the one-time purchase price on Steam and is intended for use as is.
This page explains what data may be processed when you use the game, especially when you choose to use the in-game bug reporting system.
Normal Gameplay
During normal gameplay, Pixel Team Red does not collect personal information from you by default through the game client. The game uses Steam / Steamworks features such as achievements and platform integration, but this does not require Pixel Team Red to build a general analytics profile about your gameplay.
The game does not contain in-game advertising.
Voluntary Bug Reports
If you decide to submit a bug report from inside the game, you are intentionally sending diagnostic data to Pixel Team Red so we can investigate, reproduce, and fix technical issues.
Depending on the report and the options enabled at the time of submission, the bug report may include:
- Your Steam ID and Steam player name
- A Steam authentication ticket used to verify the request
- The report category, title, description, reproduction steps, expected result, and actual result
- Build version, active scene name, platform, language, Unity version, device model, graphics device, system memory, and a log excerpt
- Optional attachments such as a screenshot, scene snapshot, and selected save files
Scene Snapshots, Save Files, and Screenshots
The in-game bug reporting tools may generate diagnostic files on your device before upload. These files are created only to support bug investigation and are attached only when you explicitly submit a report that includes them.
A scene snapshot may contain a detailed runtime description of the current scene, including object hierarchy, custom component state, UI state, task state, app state, network-related state, and technical values needed to understand what happened in the game at that moment.
Because snapshots are meant for debugging, they may also contain text currently visible or entered in supported in-game input fields, names configured in gameplay systems, and other in-game values that exist in the loaded scene.
A save file may contain your in-game progress, mission state, device or network configuration, inventory-related data, and other gameplay state required by the save system.
A screenshot contains the visible game image at the moment it was captured, which may naturally include anything currently shown on screen.
Local Diagnostic Files
The game may create logs or temporary diagnostic files locally on your device while preparing a report or while handling errors. These files are primarily used to prepare the report payload and troubleshoot issues. They are not intended to be sent unless you explicitly submit the report or manually share them with support.
Why We Process This Data
We use bug report data only for support, stability, fraud prevention related to report abuse, and quality improvement of the game. This includes reproducing bugs, diagnosing broken saves or scene state, reviewing attachments, and tracking the status of your submitted cases.
Third-Party Services
The game and support system may rely on third-party platforms, engines, and hosting providers to operate. These services may process data according to their own privacy policies.
- Unity - game engine and related services
- Steamworks / Steam API - platform integration, authentication, and achievements
- Hosting and infrastructure providers used to store or transfer support data submitted by players
Pixel Team Red does not use advertising networks or broad gameplay analytics by default inside the game client.
Payments and Purchases
IT Specialist Simulator is a paid game available through Steam. Payments, billing, refunds, and transaction processing are handled by Steam (Valve Corporation). Pixel Team Red does not collect or store payment card or banking data through the game.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. Data sent through the bug report system may be accessible to Pixel Team Red and trusted service providers involved in hosting, storage, transport, or support tooling, but only to the extent necessary to operate the support system and investigate reports.
Security
We value your trust and strive to use commercially acceptable measures to protect the information we process. However, no method of transmission over the Internet and no method of electronic storage is 100% secure. For this reason, please do not intentionally include unnecessary personal data in bug report descriptions or attachments.
Retention
Bug reports and related attachments may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to investigate issues, maintain support history, prevent abuse, and improve the game. Local temporary files on your device may also remain until cleaned up by the game, the operating system, or by manual deletion.
Cookies
The game client itself does not use browser cookies. External pages opened in your web browser, such as Steam or support-related websites, may use cookies under their own policies.
